I want to leave a review about a month of using a fly agaric + blackberry + cordyceps course
I cannot single out the effects of each, so it will be complex
Dosage of 1 g of blackberry and cordyceps and up to 2 g of amanita per day
At first, I used all three at .5 in the morning and .5 in the evening, but sometimes from the morning fly agaric I caught such a zen that it was difficult to turn on)
And vice versa, if you took a hedgehog with cordyceps before an evening workout, it is difficult to fall asleep
So I started taking 1g of blackberry and cordyceps each in the morning and 1g of amanita 2 hours before bed
As it turned out empirically, the bigger and more beautiful the hat is, the more noticeable the effect
Everything is as it should be with this) The whole product is beautiful, tasty and fragrant
I will add the fact that I recommended the House of Mushrooms to all my acquaintances, who before that advised me about mushroom therapy in general. Absolutely all of them admitted that the quality is higher and the prices are lower compared to the stores where they bought before.
