Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot provide a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Some types of goods cannot be returned. Recycled goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygienic, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloaded software products
  • Some health and personal care products

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with clear signs of use
  • A CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
    Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing for reasons not attributable to our fault.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your item. We'll also let you know if your return has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, your return will be processed and the amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delay or no returns

If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. It usually takes some time to process before it is published.

Promotional goods

Only regular priced items are eligible for returns. Promotional items cannot be returned.

We replace goods only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the product for the same product, please send us an email

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift with purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will be sent a gift certificate.

If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the giver sent the order to themselves to be given to you later, we will refund the giver and they will be notified of your return.

Return of goods

To return an item, you must send it to: {physical address}.

You will not be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the return.

Depending on your location, the time required for delivery of the replacement product may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
